This role is ideal for individuals who are just beginning their career in marketing or those looking to pivot into this exciting field. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial part in supporting our account management processes and learning the ins and outs of client servicing.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of client accounts, learning to understand their needs and expectations.
- Support the Account Managers and Directors in preparing project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Help coordinate internal team efforts to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Engage actively in learning and understanding various aspects of account management, including client communication, project management, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude in identifying potential issues and collaborate with the team to find effective solutions.
- Contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing culture, staying informed of the latest industry trends and best practices.
- A strong desire to build a career in account management, with an emphasis on learning and growth.
- Good organizational and communication skills.

- No prior experience in marketing or account management required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Native in Chinese with a fluency in English
