As a B2B Account Manager at GAB, you will be the key contact for our B2B clients, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships. Your role involves coordinating with our internal teams across China and our international offices, ensuring effective project execution that meets the distinct needs of our B2B clients.
- Prepare detailed project plans and objectives in alignment with client requirements, guided by the Account Director.
- Act as the primary liaison for B2B clients, managing day-to-day interactions and communication.
- Develop and sustain robust client relationships, deeply understanding their business needs and ensuring their expectations are consistently met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring clarity in project objectives and deliverables while proactively addressing potential issues and adapting strategies as necessary.
- Oversee the execution of various marketing campaigns and projects, tailored to the B2B market.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Actively engage in our culture of knowledge sharing, staying abreast of industry trends and contributing insights to the team.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, with a preference for those experienced in the B2B marketing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset, emphasizing client satisfaction and collaborative success.
