As a Luxury Account Manager at GAB, you will be the primary point of contact for our luxury brand clients. Your role will center around coordinating with our internal teams in China to ensure seamless project execution, aligning with the unique needs and expectations of our clients.
- Prepare project plans and objectives based on client requirements under the guidance of the Account Director.
- Serve as the main client liaison, managing day-to-day relationships and communications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met, while continuously monitoring project progress, proactively addressing potential issues and adapting plans as needed.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns and projects, including social media, and advertising, specific to the luxury market.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports
- Actively contribute to our knowledge-sharing culture, staying up-to-date with industry trends and sharing insights with the team
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the luxury marketing sector
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with fluency in Chinese.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
